Salami and Sun-Dried Tomato Croissants

Make Sun-Dried Tomato and Salami Stuffed Croissants in under 10 minutes. With tangy tomatoes, smooth mozzarella, and creamy cheese, they’re perfect as a quick snack, breakfast, or for family events. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 fresh croissants
- 8-10 salami rounds
- 100 gr cream cheese, softened
- 40-50 gr mozzarella cheese, grated or shredded
- 4 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
- pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper
- Knob of butter, melted – optional
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: cut salami rounds into small pieces, mince or grate garlic, grate mozzarella cheese, finely chop sun dried tomatoes.
- In a bowl combine the filling ingredients: salami, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, mozzarella and cream cheese. Taste for salt and adjust if required, but keep in mind that this filling could become a bit more salty that it appears now. Add pinch of pepper. Mix well the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Slice the ready-made croissant halfway through. Open it up gently and spoon salami and cheese filling. Press lightly to close.
- Final step is optional, but I would advise not to skip it. Brush melted butter on top of each croissant. Bake croissants in air fryer or put under the broiler for 3-4 minutes, or keep in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes until the top is golden and crusty and filling is heated through.
