Ingredients
- Turkey breast steaks – 4 pieces
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Sweet paprika – 2 tsp
- Dried parsley – 1 tbsp
- Ground cumin – ½ tbsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Dried oregano – 1 tsp
- Olive oil – 5 tbsp
- Refined vegetable oil – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Peel and crush the garlic into a bowl. Add sweet paprika, dried parsley, cumin, chilli powder, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in olive oil and stir to combine into a marinade. Add turkey steaks and mix until well coated. Let marinate for up to 3 hours if possible. If not possible - cook straight away.
- Heat a pan with a bit of vegetable oil over medium heat. Pat turkey dry with paper towels, then fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
